We can ship products directly from our
headquarters in Cleveland or use our network of national and local
providers. No matter how the equipment is supplied, our own
customer service staff provides customer support from start to
finish.
We can intervene with orders already in process with other vendors to negotiate a
better price for the equipment being dispensed. Once you refer
the order to Advanced Medical Support Services, we'll handle both the
billing and the customer service, and you'll be guaranteed savings.
When able, we offer unit rental to help you
even out your equipment costs. All payments are applied toward
purchase; billing ceases when the purchase price is reached.
We can transfer claimants currently
supported by other vendors to our program without any interruption
in service.
We offer complimentary in-servicing, available on-site or
via the internet, both for individuals or groups of any size.
